Volunteer

Tzedakah (charity), goes beyond making a monetary contribution; everyone should consider giving of their time and talent.  As Rabbi Rosenstein says, “What we do here, brings honor to those who came before us and are no longer here.”  Tikum Olam, allows us to save (heal) the world, one action at a time.

When members volunteer they are helping the Synagogue function by donating their priceless time and talents.

We need the help and skills of our members and ask them to consider participating in various ways:

Preparing and facilitating the upcoming Youth Program through USY
Preparing and cleaning up after Kiddush luncheon and special events
Maintaining a phone tree
Ushering during  services
Giving rides to other people
Dropping off food to someone that is ill
Welcoming and mentoring new members

For those interested in participating in any of the above or have other ideas please contact our President, Craig Schlumbohm (info@tbstemecula.org) or Rabbi Rosenstein (rabbi@tbstemecula.org).
